Als 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer behandel je complexe klantvragen die niet door de eerste lijn opgelost kunnen worden:

  • Telefonisch en digitaal analyseren van IT-verzoeken en storingen
  • Oplossen van technische problemen en adviseren van klanten
  • Afhandelen van calls die eerste lijn niet kan oplossen, met correcte registratie en feedback
  • Verbeteren van procedures en werkinstructies waar mogelijk
  • Ondersteuning van eerste lijn bij complexe cases
  • Kennis van Windows-besturingssystemen (Windows 7/10) en IT-hardware (printers, CPU’s, displays, scanners) is een grote meerwaarde, net zoals kennis van SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Zelfstandig los je problemen op met de nodige procedures en instructies.
  • Sociaal, communicatief en klantgericht zijn je troeven.
  • Stressbestendig ga je aan de slag, als teamplayer.
  • Nederlands en Frans heb je onder de knie, Engels is een plus.
  • Er zijn flexibele werkuren/dagen: maandag – vrijdag Vroege dienst: 7u – 15u30 Late dienst: 11u – 19u30 (thuiswerk) Sporadisch wachten tijdens de week: 19u30 – 22u (thuiswerk) Weekend- en feestdagen: Zaterdagen: 1 op 3 Zondagen/feestdagen: 1 op 8
