Je lost problemen op, werkt samen in een hecht team en draagt bij aan tevreden klanten. Je krijgt ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en werkt in een informele, hybride werkomgeving. Functieomschrijving Als Support Engineer bij Eshgro ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met ICT-vraagstukken. Jij registreert, analyseert en lost technische problemen zo snel mogelijk op. Je maakt deel uit van een klantenteam dat samen zorgdraagt voor duidelijke communicatie en optimale klanttevredenheid. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar jouw kennis telt en je elke dag wordt uitgedaagd om het maximale uit jezelf te halen. Op een gemiddelde werkdag bij Eshgro start je met het doornemen van binnengekomen tickets. Je beoordeelt de prioriteit, schakelt waar nodig met collega's en pakt technische issues zelfstandig of samen op. Je houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang, documenteert je werk nauwkeurig en deelt je opgedane kennis met het team. Naast het oplossen van incidenten werk je ook preventief aan verbeteringen en optimalisaties voor klanten.
