Skilled Support Engineer Bidfood Vacature Skilled Support Engineer Bidfood 3.000 - 4.000,- 32 - 40 uur per week Ede In de rol als Skilled Support Engineer bij Bidfood in Ede ben je de steun en toeverlaat voor alles wat met IT te maken heeft, voor je 1.750 collega's. Samen met je teamgenoten beantwoord je gebruikersvragen, los je storingen op en doe je mee in projecten. Zodat jouw collega chauffeur weet waar hij moet lossen, de laptop van je collega van de boekhouding het gewoon altijd doet en de collega's van marketing voorzien worden van nieuwe schermen. Wat ga je doen Voor Bidfood zoeken we een Support Engineer. Team Infrastructuur, wat jij gaat versterken, bestaat nu uit 9 collega's: systeembeheerder, support engineers / werkplekbeheerders. En dat is niet voldoende: er is zoveel werk dat jouw hulp echt nodig is! Op het gebied van ICT-zaken ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je collega's. Je helpt ze met al hun vragen op het gebied van hard- en software en zorgt dat iedereen fijn gebruik kan maken van zijn/haar werkplek. Daarnaast help je de systeembeheerders mee in grote en kleine projecten. Je kunt hierbij denken aan het vervangen van laptops, het upgraden van software toepassingen, een verhuizing, enzovoorts. Je bent met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor zo'n 1000 werkplekken, verdeeld over 17 vestigingen. In de praktijk werk je meestal in Ede. Storingen doen zich uiteraard niet alleen binnen kantoortijden voor; het is dan voor jou ook geen probleem mee te draaien in consignatiediensten. Dat doe je één week per maand.
