The posting

Als support engineer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten bij IT-problemen. Je gaat doelgericht op zoek naar een oplossing en zorgt daarbij ook voor een correctie administratieve verwerking en opvolging in het ticketing systeem. Complexere issues escaleer je indien nodig.

Verder sta je in voor de uitvoering en de opvolging van de dagdagelijkse onderhoudstaken van clients, servers en netwerpapparatuur. Je voert de eerste installatie van clients uit en helpt je collega’s bij projecten. Dit zowel vanuit ons kantoor in Olen als vanuit de kantoren van onze klanten.

Je wordt mee ingezet op de permanentie van de supportdesk (werkdagen van 7u tot 18u). Dit gebeurt via een wisselsysteem met de collega’s.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of gelijkwaardig diploma binnen ICT of over de nodige ervaring.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie is vereist.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels. Een basiskennis gesproken Frans is eveneens een vereiste.
  • Je hebt net als ons de passie voor ICT en goesting om elke dag bij te leren.
  • Je bent klantgericht en beschikt over sterke dosis communicatie skills.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer.
  • Je bent stressbestendig & flexibel.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Microsoft 365 Cloud diensten. Kennis en/of interesse in sharepoint, is een plus.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis netwerk (beheer).
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van Powershell.
  • Een basiskennis van security is een plus
