Daarom kun je rekenen op: - Een salaris tussen €2.610,- en €3.250,- afhankelijk van jouw ervaring; - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een leaseauto of reiskostenvergoeding; - Volop kansen om certificaten te behalen (denk aan Microsoft, ITIL of CompTIA); - Opleidings- en trainingsmogelijkheden op maat; - Afwisselende opdrachten bij toonaangevende organisaties in de regio Tilburg; - Een betrokken en informele werkomgeving waar jij geen nummertje bent, maar echt gezien wordt. Over de rol Als Support Engineer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers bij technische vragen of storingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat werkplekken, systemen en netwerken optimaal functioneren en gebruikers snel geholpen worden. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het aannemen, registreren en opvolgen van meldingen via telefoon, e-mail of ticketsysteem; - Het bieden van eerstelijns ondersteuning bij hardware-, software- en netwerkproblemen; - Het beheren van gebruikersaccounts en rechten in onder andere Active Directory; - Het documenteren van oplossingen en signaleren van terugkerende issues; - Het bijdragen aan verbeteringen in IT-proc...
