Wij zijn op zoek naar een SUPPORT ENGINEER (Access Control / ID Management / Smart Locker Systems) om ons team te versterken.

Over ons: SALTO Systems is wereldwijde marktleider op het gebied van elektronische toegangscontrole-systemen. Wij bieden een zeer uitgebreid aanbod aan producten die tot een op maat gemaakte oplossing gecombineerd kunnen worden. Het hoofdkantoor en de eigen fabriek bevinden zich in Spanje. Voor onze Belgische vestiging in Anderlecht zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een gedreven Support engineer.

Hoe ziet je dag eruit:

Na het doorlopen van een gedegen inwerkperiode, ondersteun je onze partners en eindklanten met hun technische vragen:

  • Je verleent technische support via de telefoon en e-mail (NL/FR)
  • Je assisteert SALTO business partners op locatie
  • Je geeft opleidingen aan onze business partners
  • Je ondersteunt het sales-team in projecten en demo’s
  • Je bouwt beurs- en demo-opstellingen mee op
  • Je projectmanagement skills zijn een plus
  • Je rapporteert aan de Technical Support Manager
  • Je beschikt over een diploma TSO in een technische richting, maar een bachelor denk- en werkniveau is een plus
  • Je interesseert je in RFID technologie, mechatronische oplossingen en IT-netwerken
  • Je planning is waterdicht en je bedient de klanten op een actie- en oplossingsgerichte manier
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en wil continu bijleren
  • Je hebt een werkbare kennis van het Nederlands en Frans en een goede basis Engels
