The posting

In deze rol speel je een essentiële rol in het dagelijks beheer van toegangsmiddelen en externe diensten. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze administratieve en operationele afhandeling van alle verzoeken en werkt actief samen met interne en externe partijen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Registreren, opvolgen en verwerken van aanvragen voor externe toegang en inhuur.
  • Monitoren van de voortgang van verzoeken en escaleren bij stagnatie of onduidelijkheden.
  • Actieve communicatie met interne en externe stakeholders om processen soepel te laten verlopen.
  • Halfjaarlijkse controle op toegangslijsten en bewaking van de nauwkeurigheid ervan.
  • Bestellen van standaarddiensten bij gecontracteerde externe leveranciers.
  • Updaten van gegevens over netwerken en diensten in de systemen.
  • Verwerken, controleren en opvolgen van facturen van externe partijen.
  • Verzorgen dat dossiers tijds en volgens de interne kwaliteitsnormen worden afgehandeld.
  • Meedenken over optimalisaties van administratieve processen en werkwijzen.
  • Ondersteunen van collega’s bij de uitvoering van standaardprocessen en het oplossen van toegang gerelateerde problemen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een gestructureerde, communicatieve en technisch georiënteerde teamspeler die administratief sterk onderlegd is. Je beschikt over het vermogen om zelfstandig prioriteiten te stellen en werkt nauwkeurig binnen vastgestelde procedures.

Jij brengt mee:

  • Een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in een administratieve functie en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
  • Klantgerichtheid en een proactieve werkhouding.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Technische affiniteit met netwerken, toegangsbeheer of infrastructuur is een troef.
  • Proactieve ingesteldheid en denkt graag mee over efficiëntere processen.
