Ihre Aufgaben...

* Technische Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung von Automatisierungs- und Leittechniksystemen

* Koordination und Priorisierung von Support- und Serviceanfragen im DACH Raum

* Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Projektmanagement, Inbetriebnahme und Field Service

* Weiterentwicklung von Supportprozessen, Tools und Standards

* Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit

* Unterstützung bei der Qualitätssicherung

Unsere Anforderungen...

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Nachrichtentechnik (HTL, FH, Universität)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Support erwünscht

* Technisches Interesse an den Schnittstellen Elektrotechnik, Digitalisierung und IT

* Begeisterung für Automatisierungs-, Steuerungs- und Leitsysteme in einem internationalen Technologieumfeld

* Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich

* Teamgeist sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Mindestgehalt

Ab EUR 3.000,- brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis). Es besteht die ausdrückliche Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und beruflicher Erfahrung!
