Jouw taken als support engineer: - Als Support Engineer zorg jij ervoor dat technische en functionele problemen snel en zorgvuldig worden opgelost, zodat je collega's zo snel mogelijk weer verder kunnen werken. - Je werkt met verschillende applicaties en besturingssystemen en krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende incidenten. Geen dag is hetzelfde, waardoor je steeds nieuwe uitdagingen tegenkomt! - Ontvangen, analyseren en registreren van incidenten, vragen en serviceverzoeken van interne gebruikers en de 1e lijn; - Troubleshooten van complexere of langdurige incidenten; - Ondersteunen van interne gebruikers bij het gebruik van applicaties en hardware; - Actief meedenken over verbeteringen...
