Als Support ICT Engineer binnen het Control Center Tredion ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten bij technische vragen. Je analyseert en lost zelfstandig incidenten, service requests en changes op, zodat klanten snel weer verder kunnen. Daarbij stel je prioriteiten en houd je overzicht in je werk. Je werkt dagelijks met Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Entra ID, Intune en Azure. Daarnaast krijg je te maken met netwerk- en firewallvraagstukken en beheer en optimaliseer je Windows Server-omgevingen. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de melding: je signaleert terugkerende incidenten en denkt actief mee over structurele verbeteringen. Je ziet risico's en optimalisaties bij klanten en bespreekt deze proactief. Bij complexere vraagstukken werk je samen met collega's uit beheer, projecten of security. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een team waarin kennisdeling en ontwikkeling centraal staan, en krijgt de ruimte om je verder te specialiseren in bijvoorbeeld security, cloud of automation. Wie ben jij? - Je beschikt over mbo+ werk- en denkniveau en minimaal twee jaar relevante werkervaring. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met Microsoft 365, Entra ID en Windows Server-omgevingen en bent vertrouwd met netwerkbeheer en firewallconfiguraties. - Je wilt je verder verdiepen in Azure- en cloudoplossingen. - Je hebt Microsoft-certific...
