Over de rol Als support medewerker IT ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers bij technische vragen of storingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat systemen optimaal draaien en gebruikers snel weer verder kunnen. Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het aannemen, registreren en opvolgen van binnenkomende meldingen; - Het oplossen van eerstelijns incidenten via telefoon, e-mail of on-site; - Het beheren van gebruikersaccounts, rechten en werkplekken; - Het signaleren van structurele problemen en aandragen van verbeteringen; - Het leveren van klantgerichte ondersteuning met een glimlach. Functie-eisen Voor deze rol zoeken we iemand die communicatief sterk is, een passie heeft voor IT en graag verder wil groeien.
