Maak het verschil als Support Medewerker in IJsselstein Als Support Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat klanten optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van de software van CARAT. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor keukenwinkels, grote ketens en andere handelspartners. Je beantwoordt vragen, onderzoekt softwareproblemen en zorgt voor passende oplossingen. Veel vragen handel je zelfstandig af. Bij complexere vraagstukken werk je samen met supportcollega's en softwareontwikkelaars in Duitsland. Je houdt overzicht over openstaande verzoeken en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige opvolging. Ondertussen verdiep je je steeds verder in de software en draag je bij aan de verdere groei van CARAT in Nederland. Op termijn krijg je bovendien de mogelijkheid om jouw kennis en expertise te delen met klanten door het verzorgen van trainingen en workshops, als je daar energie van krijgt. Kortom, jij pakt de regie bij het: • beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail; • analyseren en oplossen van softwareproblemen binnen de eerste- en tweedelijnssupport; • registreren, verwerken en opvolgen van verzoeken in het ticketsysteem; • afstemmen van complexere vraagstukken met collega's en softwareontwikkelaars in Duitsland; • verder ontwikkelen van jouw kennis van CARAT-software en ERP- en CRM-systemen.
