Als Support medewerker regel je de administratieve kant van het serviceproces en bouw je ondertussen praktische technische kennis op. Je ondersteunt het team en krijgt de ruimte om door te groeien naar technicus, met de kans om mee te werken aan innovatieve oplossingen. - Je handelt garantieaanvragen af en houdt het administratieve deel van het serviceproces op orde; - Stap voor stap word je opgeleid om storingen aan machines te analyseren, en uiteindelijk los je die zelfstandig op met de klant; - Dealers en zakelijke klanten kunnen bij jou terecht met hun vragen over administratie en techniek. Wat heb je nodig? Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en pakt je werkzaamheden zorgvuldig op. Deze functie als Support medewerker past bij je als je graag ondersteuning biedt en dossiers netjes beheert. - Je werkt secuur en hebt een goed oog voor administratieve details; - Je hebt minimaal een jaar relevante werkervaring; - Techniek trekt je en je wilt uitgroeien tot technicus; - Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B; - Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse goed.
