Wij zoeken een Support Medewerker ICT die het verschil wil maken binnen een snelgroeiende, ondernemende en puur circulaire organisatie. Heb jij ervaring in de ICT en werk jij graag met moderne tools? Dan ben jij de persoon die we zoeken. Wat ga je doen? Jij bent het gezicht van ICT binnen Duynie. Voor collega's in binnen- en buitenland ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen over applicaties, devices, hardware en ICT-issues. Daarnaast zullen deze taken een belangrijk onderdeel zijn van je werk: - Jij houdt je bezig met het functionele applicatiebeheer, waarbij je gebruikers ondersteunt bij het optimaal inzetten van bestaande én nieuwe applicaties. Je denkt mee, configureert en zorgt dat processen soepel lopen. - Je hebt direct contact met softwareleveranciers en zorg dat incidenten en wijzigingen opgepakt worden. - Je begrijpt dat ICT pas werkt als mensen ermee kunnen werken: jouw service maakt het verschil. - Je maakt onderdeel uit van een ICT-team bestaande uit 7 personen en rapporteert aan de Manager ICT. - Standplaats van deze functie is Alphen aan den Rijn. Daarnaast reis je regelmatig naar onze andere locaties op onze vestigingen in Nijmegen en Cuijk. - Het kan voorkomen dat je daarnaast naar onze buitenlandse vestigingen gaat om daar ondersteuning te bieden. Werken bij Duynie Duynie is de grootste Europese verwerker van plantaardige coproducten. Jaarlijks verwerken we meer dan 6,5 miljoen ton. Onze sterke aanwezigheid in 21 Europese lande...
