Voor een snelgroeiende organisatie in de regio Zaltbommel zoeken wij een Support Medewerker ICT . Je werkt op de 1e en 2e lijn en krijgt te maken met veel meer dan alleen tickets: van Microsoft 365 en TopDesk tot werkplekken, hardware en Windows Server. Je krijgt veel ruimte om te leren, mee te denken en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naar je toe te trekken. Het doel is een vast dienstverband bij onze opdrachtgever . Wat ga je doen? Als Support Medewerker ICT ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's met IT-vragen en storingen. Meldingen komen telefonisch, per mail of via TopDesk bij je binnen. Jij brengt het probleem in kaart, bepaalt de prioriteit en probeert het zelfstandig op te lossen. Lukt dat niet direct? Dan schakel je met collega's binnen het IT-team. Ondertussen houd jij de gebruiker op de hoogte van de voortgang. Goede support betekent hier namelijk niet alleen een technisch probleem oplossen, maar ook zorgen dat collega's weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Oppakken en oplossen van 1e- en 2e-lijns supportvragen. - Registreren, analyseren en prioriteren van meldingen in TopDesk. - Ondersteunen van gebruikers met Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online en Teams. - Installeren, configureren en uitleveren van laptops, werkplekken en andere hardware. - Ondersteunen binnen Microso...
