Je ontvangt tickets, doorgrondt problemen en zorgt dat oplossingen snel en correct worden doorgevoerd. Je krijgt bij indiensttreding een training zodat je volledig voorbereid bent op de rol. Dit ga je doen Taken: - Behandelen en registreren van tickets in het support systeem - Escaleren van complexe problemen volgens procedure - Telefonisch en via e-mail ondersteunen van gebruikers - Testen en controleren van nieuwe software-updates - Onderhouden van kennisdocumentatie en handleidingen - Rapporteren van trends en terugkerende issues aan het team - Samenwerken met collega's voor een optimale gebruikerservaring Dit krijg je - Salaris: €2.700 - €3.000 bruto per maand afhankelijk van ervaring - Dienstverband: fulltime, uitzicht op vast contract - 25 vakantiedagen + 8% vakantiegeld - Pensioenregeling en reiskostenvergoeding - Opleidingsmogelijkheden: interne trainingen, workshops en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen IT-support of functioneel beheer Dit ben je Must-haves: - Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbaar - Goede beheersing van Nederlands in woord en geschrift - Kennis van standaard IT-systemen en software - Klantgericht en communicatief sterk - Ervaring in IT-support of helpdesk Hier ga je werken Het bedrijf is gericht op innovatie en levert softwareproducten voor meer dan 4.000 klanten in Nederland.
