Ben jij een echt organisatietalent en heb jij affiniteit met verzuimbeheer en administratieve processen? Dan is deze vacature (32-40 uur) voor support medewerker verzuim echt iets voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Support Medewerker Verzuim begeleid je samen met je team het verzuim van flexmedewerkers gedurende de eerste drie weken van hun ziekteperiode. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor ziek- en herstelmeldingen en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige afhandeling volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Aannemen, registreren en begeleiden van ziek- en herstelmeldingen. - Maken van afspraken met flexmedewerkers over contact- en updatemomenten. - Administratief verwerken van verzuimmeldingen en contactmomenten. - Signaleren van risicodossiers en hierover schakelen met verzuimspecialisten. - Bewaken van naleving van wet- en regelgeving binnen het verzuimproces. - Controleren en verwerken van uit te betalen ziektegelden. - Fungeren als vraagbaak voor vestigingen op het gebied van verzuim. - Behandelen van postverwerking, bedrijfsongevallen en boetes. - Overdragen van dossiers aan een verzuimspecialist (na 3 weken) Werktijden - De telefoonlijn voor de ziekmeldingen is geopend van 08.00 tot 13.00 uur; je hebt dan telefonisch contact met flexmedewerkers. - In de middag; administratie, contact met vestigingen en interne overleggen. - Functie van 32-40 uur per week. Bij een werkweek van 32 uur werk je bij voorkeur verdeeld over 5 dagen. Wat maakt jou succesvol? - Je communiceert makkelijk met flexmedewerkers, collega's en andere stakeholders. - Je bent empathisch, duidelijk en durft mensen aan gemaakte afspraken te houden. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en houdt goed overzicht....
