Wir sind ein Kundenservice Center mit Sitz in St. Pölten. Unser Team von über 150 Mitarbeiter:innen betreut seit 2008 Kund:innen aus der Internet- und Telefonie Branche in Österreich.

Deine Aufgaben

* Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Bestands- und Neukund:innen

* 50% Anrufe (Inbound/Outbound) inkl. CRM-Dokumentation

* 1st Level Support E-Mobilität inkl. Ticketerstellung, Terminvereinbarung uvm.

* 50% Backoffice - Ticketbearbeitung bei Störungen von mobilem Internet und Infrastruktur

Dein Profil

* Kommunikationsstarke, freundliche Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten am Telefon

* Deutschkenntnisse C1 und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2/C1) in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit PC, E-Mail und gängigen Office-Programmen

* Growth Mindset für neue Technologien und Interesse, sich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden

* Idealerweise Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Verkauf
