Als Support Officer Aviation DHL Express werk je op of nabij Schiphol in een dynamische internationale omgeving, met een hecht team en hybride werken (1 dag per week thuis). Je scherpt je analytische vaardigheden, leert werken met internationale airlines en ontwikkelt jezelf richting bijvoorbeeld finance, billing of luchtvrachtoperations. Omdat je veel contact hebt met collega's in Nederland en op het hoofdkantoor in Bonn, leer je snel schakelen, communiceren en zelfstandig beslissingen nemen. Met een startsalaris vanaf € 3.087,-, reiskostenvergoeding (tot 40 km enkele reis), een vergoede VOG en goede werk-privébalans is dit een logische volgende stap als je administratieve of financiële ervaring hebt en de luchtvaart interessant vindt. Jouw werkzaamheden als Support Officer Aviation DHL Express: - Facturatie luchtvrachtzendingen: Je controleert binnenkomst en afhaaldata van zendingen in de AMSHUB en past het juiste afhandelingstarief en toeslagen (zoals DG- en opslagkosten) toe, zodat facturen kloppen en tijdig verstuurd worden. - Controle externe facturen: Je checkt facturen van externe partijen, signaleert afwijkingen en dient disputen in bij airlines of afhandelaars om kosten correct en onderbouwd te houden. - Dispuutbehandeling: Je bent eerste aanspreekpunt voor factuurdisputen per e-mail, verzamelt informatie, beoordeelt de case en zorgt voor een duidelijke terugkoppeling aan betrokken partijen. - Opvolging en rapportage: Je bewaakt openstaande disputen, houdt de voortgang bij en levert input voor rapportages, zodat management...
