Wij ontwikkelen, produceren en verkopen hoogwaardige voedingssupplementen op basis van natuurlijke ingrediënten voor paarden en honden. Onze missie? Dieren gezond en vitaal houden met eerlijke, kwalitatieve producten. Onze klanten bestaan uit particuliere diereneigenaren, dierenartsen, therapeuten en dealers. Door onze groei zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Customer Support Specialist die onze klanten met kennis, aandacht en enthousiasme verder helpt. Wat ga je doen? Als Customer Support Specialist ben jij hét gezicht en de stem van ons bedrijf. Jij helpt klanten met vragen over onze producten, bestellingen en het gebruik van onze supplementen. Dankzij jouw interesse in diergezondheid en jouw affiniteit met paarden en/of honden geef je eerlijk, deskundig en passend advies. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen klantcontact, administratie en overleg met collega's van productie, logistiek en sales. Jouw werkzaamheden ● Klanten helpen via telefoon, e-mail en social media. ● Adviseren over voedingssupplementen voor paarden en honden. ● Productadvies geven op basis van de behoeften van het dier. ● Verwerken van bestellingen, retouren en klachten. ● Contact onderhouden met zakelijke klanten. ● Meedenken over het verbeteren van onze service en klantcommunicatie. ● Ondersteunen bij beurzen, evenementen en commerciële acties. ● Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van klantgegevens en orders. ● Vraagbaak m.b.t. voorraad, houdbaarheid, bestellingen, leveringen, annuleringen bezorgstatus etc. ● Overleg met productie/magazijn/kwaliteit. ● Retouren verwerken. ● Sponsoraanvragen behandelen. ● Alle voorkomende administratieve werkzaamheden en overzichten bijhouden bijvoorbeeld in Excel.
