Pas d'expérience en achats ? Aucun problème ! Un background en supply chain ou simplement un bon esprit analytique et une grosse dose de motivation suffisent. Notre Senior Procurement Specialist est là pour vous coacher de A à Z.

Vos Missions

En tant que bras droit du Senior Specialist, vous assurez le suivi fluide de toute la partie opérationnelle et administrative :

  • Commandes & Suivi : Vous créez les bons de commande (PO) et veillez au respect des délais avec les fournisseurs.
  • Data & Contrats : Vous encodez, classez et gérez les documents et les données fournisseurs avec précision.
  • Check des factures : Vous vérifiez les factures entrantes et vous vous assurez qu'elles correspondent au système.
  • Contact quotidien : Vous êtes le point de contact central pour les fournisseurs (souvent francophones) et vos collègues internes.

Votre profil

  • Langues : Vous parlez bien français et néerlandais (peu importe votre langue maternelle, l'essentiel est de pouvoir échanger facilement avec l'équipe).
  • Formation / Expérience : Vous avez un Bachelor (Logistique, Management, Office...) OU une première expérience d'environ 2 ans dans l'admin ou la logistique.
  • Outils : Vous êtes structuré(e) et à l'aise avec Excel et les outils ERP (comme SAP).
