Intensiv-Betreuung eines 14-jährigen Buben für ca. 25 Stunden in der Woche.

neuewege betreut in der alternativen Betreuungsform "Leben in Familie" Kinder und Jugendliche, die durch Behinderung, Verhaltensauffälligkeiten oder psychiatrischen Betreuungsbedarf Unterstützung benötigen, direkt in einer Familie (LiF - Familie).

Wir suchen zur Unterstützung eines Pflegevaters eine Support-Betreuung. Das Kind erfährt in der Pflegefamilie Zuwendung, ein kontinuierliches Beziehungsangebot und die Chance eigene Ressourcen in einem stabilen Setting zu erkennen bzw. zu entwickeln.

Der Pflegevater soll in Einzelbereichen (z.B. Schulbegleitung, Freizeitgestaltung, etc.) durch eine Supportkraft/ MitarbeiterIn unterstützt werden. Durch die Supportkraft soll der/die HauptbetreuerIn adäquat entlastet werden, indem die Betreuung auch an Wochenenden, Feiertagen, Ferien oder auch stundenweise an Abenden übernommen wird. Die Betreuung erfolgt vor Ort.

Aufgabenbereiche:

" Einfühlsame Begleitung der Kundinnen u. Kunden im pädagogischen Alltag

" Professionelle Beziehungsgestaltung mit den Kundinnen u. Kunden

" Unterstützung bei der Basisversorgung

" Partizipation bei der Erstellung von Entwicklungs- und Betreuungspläne, sowie Zielvereinbarungen

" Krisen- und Notfallmanagement

" Bezugsbetreuung mindestens eines Kunden

" Umsetzung von vereinbarten Handlungsstrategien und Prozessabläufen

" Anleitung und Durchführung bei der Körperpflege nach Bedarf

Anforderungsprofil:

" abgeschlossene Ausbildung im psychosozialen Bereich: soziale Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Sozialbetreuung Behindertenarbeit oder Art-verwandt (FSB-BA, BB), Pflegeassistent/in, diplomiertes allgemein oder psychiatrisches Krankenpflegepersonal und auch andere anerkannte Ausbildungen mit Mindestanforderung UBV

" aktive Beziehungsgestaltung

" gute Reflexionsfähigkeit

" Bereitschaft zur Supervision

Arbeitsausmaß: 25 bis 30 Wochenstunden
