Als Supportdesk Medewerker doe jij dit Als ervaren supportprofessional ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten die werken met Loket. Dankzij jouw diepgaande kennis van onze software en salarisprocessen kun je snel schakelen, complexe vraagstukken analyseren en klanten voorzien van deskundig advies. Je beantwoordt vragen zowel telefonisch als via tickets en weet precies waar je moet zoeken als het antwoord niet direct voorhanden is. Je helpt klanten onder andere met: - Foutmeldingen rond loonverwerking en loonaangiftes; - Pensioenregelingen en cao's; - Handiger werken in Loket; - Advies over de inrichting van het systeem. Daarnaast fungeer je als sparringpartner voor collega's en draag je actief bij aan kennisdeling binnen het team. Wat neem jij mee? - Aantoonbare kennis van een salarisapplicatie of salarissoftwarepakket. Uitgebreide kennis van Loket is een absolute pre; - Ervaring als helpdesk- of supportmedewerker, HR-medewerker of salarisprofessional; - MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Een PDL-diploma of de motivatie om dat diploma te behalen; - Je praat makkelijk, luistert goed en denkt in oplossingen; - Je bent beschikbaar voor 28 tot 36 uur per week. Wij bieden jou - Een salaris tussen de €2.679 en €4.422, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring; - Een FT werkweek van 36 uur. 28 of 32 uur beschikbaar?
