Dit ga je doen Als Supportdesk Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die werken met een online HR- en salarisapplicatie. Jij weet precies hoe je vragen over salarisprocessen, foutmeldingen, cao's, pensioenregelingen en systeeminrichting snel en deskundig oplost. Je analyseert elk vraagstuk en geeft praktisch advies, zodat klanten soepel verder kunnen. Daarnaast denk je mee over verbeteringen in het systeem en draag je actief bij aan kennisdeling met je collega's. Wil jij met jouw expertise bijdragen aan een organisatie in beweging?
