PWA Medewerkers van PWA bekijken samen technische data op een laptop, tijdens een overlegmoment op kantoor. Service- en supportmedewerker (medior/senior) Als service- en supportmedewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten als zij vragen hebben over of problemen hebben met hun ICT-oplossingen. Wie is PWA PWA is een moderne ICT-dienstverlener uit de Bollenstreek met als voornaamste doelgroep bedrijven in het MKB. Met een hecht team van ca. 45 medewerkers ontzorgen wij onze klanten volledig op het gebied van ICT. Inmiddels bedienen we meer dan 500 actieve klanten van klein (1 werkplek) tot groot (200 werkplekken). PWA medewerker stapt in een bedrijfsauto voor vertrek vanaf het kantoor in Noordwijkerhout, met het herkenbare motto 'laat IT voor je werken' op de gevel. Belangrijk aanspreekpunt Als service- en supportedewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten als zij vragen hebben over of problemen hebben met hun ICT-oplossingen. Zo help jij de klant bijvoorbeeld op weg als hij/zij niet in kan loggen op de computer of als Outlook niet start. Ook verwerk je kleine wijzigingsverzoeken zoals het aanmaken of uitschakelen van een gebruikersaccounts. Daarnaast bewaak je samen met je collega's de beschikbaarheid van onze diensten en grijp je in bij (bijna) storingen. Snel schakelen Als service-en supportmedewerker is 'snel schakelen' en 'sterke communicatie' heel belangrijk, je bent zowel (telefonisch) in contact met klanten en je collega's en regelmatig ben jij de reddingsboei die zij zoeken. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je oplossingsgericht kan denken en communicatief sterk bent. Omdat je voor veel verschillende klanten met veel verschillende (technische) vraagstukken in aanraking komt beleef je iedere dag een nieuwe uitdaging. Zo blijf je leren en jezelf ontwikkelen!
