Wat ga je doen? Car-Systems ontwikkelt software voor garagebedrijven. Hierdoor werken de garagebedrijven efficiënter en hebben zij meer tijd voor hun klanten. Als Supportmedewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de tevredenheid van onze klanten. In een team van 8 Supportmedewerkers geef je ondersteuning aan ruim 2500 klanten en beantwoord je vragen over ons softwarepakket. Je werkt grotendeels vanuit huis, maar ook een aantal dagen op kantoor. Jouw team bestaat uit gezellige mensen die wel van een grapje houden en die leuke dingen met elkaar proberen te doen. Zo blijft iedereen binnen het team goed met elkaar in contact. Jij komt te werken in de eerste lijn en je kunt de moeilijke vragen doorzetten naar de tweede en derde lijn. Je probeert zoveel mogelijk zelf op te lossen en indien dit niet lukt of kan, zorg je voor een goede afhandeling door een collega. Je doet dit niet alleen door vragen snel te beantwoorden, maar vooral door op zoek te gaan naar de beste oplossing. Het is jouw doel om de klant te allen tijde geïnformeerd en tevreden te houden, zodat hij met een glimlach terugkijkt op onze dienstverlening.
