Wij is in dit geval IP Care, de specialist het gebied van zorgintegratiesystemen, complexe telecommunicatie- en contactcenteroplossingen. Bij ons draait alles om het ondersteunen van zorgorganisaties waar medewerkers dag in, dag uit klaarstaan voor anderen. Wij leveren innovatieve producten en diensten die het werk in de langdurige zorg makkelijker, efficiënter en menselijker maken. En jij kunt daar als Supportdeskmedewerker een belangrijke rol in spelen. Wat ga je doen? Als Supportmedewerker ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de langdurige zorg. Jij zorgt ervoor dat hun vragen snel, zorgvuldig en met een glimlach worden opgelost. Dat kan telefonisch, via e-mail of ons ticketsysteem. Jij zorgt dat onze opdrachtgevers zich gehoord en geholpen voelen. Op een werkdag: - Beantwoord je vragen over onze software, systemen en producten. - Ondersteun je bij het oplossen van technische en functionele problemen. - Denk je mee over verbeteringen in onze dienstverlening. - Werk je nauw samen met collega's van sales, planning en monteurs. Wie ben jij? Je bent servicegericht, geduldig en denkt in oplossingen. Je begrijpt dat werken in de zorg hectisch kan zijn en dat een snel en duidelijk antwoord voor onze opdrachtgevers écht het verschil maakt. Daarnaast heb je: - MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring met klantenservice of support (bij voorkeur in een technische of zorg-gerelateerde omgeving). - Affiniteit met IT en interesse in de zorgsector. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een gezonde dosis humor. - Ervaring met zorgdomotica is een pre.
