Utrecht € 3.200 - € 4.200 (Maand) Econobis is op zoek naar een Supportmedewerker ICT t.b.v. de energie transitie van onder af. 36-40 uur | Utrecht / grotendeels thuis | vast team, lange termijn Nederland zit midden in de Energietransitie - en jij zorgt dat de tools daarachter voor iedereen werken. Energiecoöperaties, gemeenten en bewonersinitiatieven werken elke dag aan de energietransitie. Opwekken, opslaan, delen en besparen van energie wordt steeds belangrijker. Econobis zorgt voor een digitale gereedschapskist om deze activiteiten te ondersteunen. Deze bestaat uit o.a. Econobis CRM, Hoomdossier advisering en EnergieID monitoring en in de nabij toekomst Community Energy Management Systems. Econobis is open source software van en voor de coöperatieve beweging en gemeente. We zijn trots dat Econobis inmiddels bij meer dan 250 energiegemeenschappen en gemeenten wordt gebruikt - en we zijn nog maar net begonnen. Als ICT supportmedewerker ben jij de spin in het web tussen de gebruikers en onze ontwikkelaars. Je lost problemen op, vertaalt praktijkervaring naar concrete verbeteringen en zorgt dat iedereen weet hoe de tools werken. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die hier voor langere tijd wil bouwen. Geen tussenstation voor een cv, maar een plek om je te verdiepen in een vakgebied dat alleen maar belangrijker wordt, en om samen met een klein, hecht team stap voor stap verder te professionaliseren. Wat ga je doen? - Je ondersteunt gebruikers bij het werken met Econobis, Hoomdossier en EnergieID - via mail, en telefoon. - Loopt iemand vast? Jij lost het op, of pakt het samen met de programmeurs van onze leverancier op. - Je signaleert terugkerende fouten en zorgt dat ze structureel, in de software of in de handleiding worden opgelost - Je vertaalt wensen en verbeteringen van gebruikers naar heldere specificaties voor onze ontwikkelaars. - Je test nieuwe software en rele...
