De Afdeling Business Support PDC is een relatief nieuw organisatieonderdeel binnen de Dienst Financiën & Control, dat zich richt op het realiseren van 'operational excellence' en het vergroten van de beheersing binnen het Politiedienstencentrum (PDC). Het management heeft als doel om het centrum meer 'in control' te krijgen, wat betekent dat de interne processen beter gestructureerd moeten worden. Om dit te bereiken, is een professionele control-organisatie nodig die werkt met een solide framework, gebaseerd op de pijlers Riskmanagement, Planning & Reporting, Procesmanagement en Compliance. Business Support PDC ondersteunt het lijnmanagement en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van belangrijke P&C-producten, zoals jaarplannen, sturingsrapportages en risk-assessments. Als supportspecialist Riskmanagement, Compliance & Procesmanagement werk jij in het team wat de ondersteuning verzorgt voor de diensten Communicatie, Verwerving, Financiën & Control, Interne Bedrijfsvoering en Staf PDC, en zorg je, tezamen met het lijnmanagement, voor adequate sturing, beheersing en verantwoording op de doelstellingen van de betreffende dienst en daarmee het PDC als geheel. Je meet, signaleert, analyseert, rapporteert en adviseert over doelstellingen, (compliance-)risico's en knelpunten binnen operationele processen. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van operationele processen in de lijn. Voert risicoanalyses, (lijn)controles en steekproeven uit en monitort de kwaliteit van de processen, draagt verbeterpunten aan en monitort de tijdigheid en effectiviteit van de uitvoering van de verbeterpunten; - advies geven aan het lijnmanagement ...
