Ben jij flexibel, gastvrij en nauwkeurig? Vind je het leuk om een belangrijke rol te spelen tijdens tentamens? Dan is deze bijbaan als surveillant bij de Open Universiteit in Den Haag iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen? Voor de OU Hub Den Haag van de Open Universiteit zijn wij op zoek naar een kandidaat om te surveilleren tijdens de reguliere tentamenweken (viermaal per jaar) in de middagen en/of avonden. Buiten deze reguliere tentamenweken word je in overleg ingepland bij drukte of verlof van collega's voor het surveilleren tijdens DIT tentamens (digitale individuele tentamens) welke worden afgenomen op dinsdag van 17:00 tot 20:00 uur, op donderdag van 14:00 tot 17:00 uur en op zaterdag van 10.00 tot 13.00 uur.

OU Hub Den Haag is gevestigd op de Universiteitscampus Spui. De Universiteitscampus Spui is een open kennisplek voor onderwijs, onderzoek en ontmoeting. De Universiteit Leiden, TU Delft, Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum, Universiteiten van Nederland én de Open Universiteit zijn er samen gevestigd.

Als surveillant ben je voornamelijk bezig met de volgende werkzaamheden:

- Je maakt het tentamenlokaal gereed; - Je ontvangt s​tudenten en controleert de ID-gegevens; - Je geeft instructie en controleert op toegestane hulpmiddelen; - Je surveilleert tijdens tentamens en helpt waar nodig bij inlogproblemen; - Je maakt een verslag conform protocol; - Je ruimt na afloop het tentamenlokaal weer op; - Affiniteit met onderwijs; - Verder voorkomende werkzaamheden.

De aankomende reguliere tentamenweken vinden plaats van 6 t/m 10 juli en van 9 t/m 16 november 2026. Het is belangrijk dat je deze weken beschikbaar bent.

Wat bieden wij? - Bruto uur salaris van minimaal €19,07; - Vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3%; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per km; - Pensioenopbouw vanaf dag 1; - 29 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiebijslag.
