SYNDICUS GEZOCHT – WESTKUST

SERVIMO Syndic wil verder groeien als professionele en betrouwbare beheerder van mede-eigendommen aan de Belgische kust. Voor onze kantoren aan de Westkust zoeken we daarom een enthousiaste en gedreven syndicus / property manager.

Je staat zelfstandig in voor het administratieve, technische, juridische en financiële beheer van een portefeuille mede-eigendommen. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor mede-eigenaars, raden van mede-eigendom, leveranciers en andere partners.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Voorbereiden, organiseren en leiden van algemene vergaderingen

• Uitvoeren en opvolgen van beslissingen van de algemene vergadering

• Opvolgen van onderhouds-, schade- en renovatiedossiers

• Coördineren van leveranciers, aannemers en technische partners

• Opstellen en opvolgen van budgetten, afrekeningen en rapporteringen

• Bewaken van de wettelijke, juridische en administratieve conformiteit

• Beheren van de communicatie met eigenaars en raden van mede-eigendom

• Meewerken aan de verdere optimalisatie van onze interne processen en dienstverlening

Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid opneemt, overzicht bewaart en problemen omzet in concrete oplossingen.

• Je bent enthousiast, positief en klantgericht

• Je werkt snel, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd

• Je bent stressbestendig en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen

• Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband sterk functioneren

• Je beschikt over een goede bouwtechnische basiskennis

• Je werkt vlot met verschillende softwareprogramma’s

• Je communiceert professioneel en duidelijk

• Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans

• Ervaring als syndicus, property manager of in vastgoedbeheer is een belangrijke plus

• Een BIV-erkenning is een pluspunt
