Voor een topkantoor in vastgoedbeheer, in de regio van Blankenberghe, zoeken we een enthousiaste Syndicus.

Samen met een hecht en joviaal team van collega's ben jij hét gezicht en aanspreekpunt voor het beheer van verschillende residenties. Iemand die met een glimlach de leiding neemt, proactief meedenkt en houdt van de gezonde dynamiek van de kust.

Jouw dag is nooit saai in de functie als syndicus:

  • Probleemoplosser pur sang: Een defect aan een lift, een kapot deurslot of een technische storing in de gemeenschappelijke delen? Jij denkt in oplossingen, schakelt de juiste stielmannen in en houdt iedereen tevreden.
  • Administratieve held: Je duikt met plezier in de dossiers en ondersteunt de administratieve en boekhoudkundige kant van het gebouwbeheer.
  • Dicht bij de mensen: Je bent regelmatig op het terrein te vinden en communiceert vlot met mede-eigenaars.
  • Groeiperfectionist: Na een grondige on-the-job opleidingsperiode beheer jij je eigen dossiers volledig zelfstandig.

Profiel

Jouw profiel als syndicus:

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma op zak (bij voorkeur Vastgoed, of een andere relevante richting).
  • Je bent een enthousiaste doorzetter die kickt op structuur en resultaat.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, bent empathisch en blijft altijd constructief.
  • Punctualiteit, collegialiteit en een flinke dosis teamspirit zitten in je DNA.
  • De kuststreek trekt je aan (of je woont in de regio) en werken op zaterdag is voor jou geen probleem
