Je bent oplossing- en resultaatgericht, in staat om mee te bewegen in een dynamische omgeving maar je kan tegelijkertijd het overzicht houden en vindt het belangrijk dat afspraken nagekomen worden. Je kunt makkelijk schakelen op diverse niveaus (techniek, organisatie, verschillende type gebruikers) en je krijgt er energie van om met meer projecten tegelijk bezig te zijn.
