Hoe zien jouw verantwoordelijkheden eruit bij ons?

• Je beheert en optimaliseert onze IT-infrastructuur, waaronder Windows Servers, Virtual Desktop-omgevingen. Je zorgt voor een stabiele, performante en toekomstgerichte IT omgeving die de bedrijfsactiviteiten optimaal ondersteunt.

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer, de configuratie en het onderhoud van systemen, netwerken en platformen, waarbij beschikbaarheid, continuïteit en veiligheid steeds centraal staan. Je neemt eigenaarschap over monitoring, hardening, toegangsbeheer en beveiligingsmaatregelen om risico’s proactief te detecteren en te beperken.

• Je beheert onze firewallomgeving, netwerksegmentatie en waakt over een veilige en betrouwbare connectiviteit voor alle gebruikers en systemen.

• Je staat in voor een gestructureerd patch- en lifecyclebeheer van servers, werkstations en applicaties. Updates worden zorgvuldig geëvalueerd, getest en gecontroleerd uitgerold om risico's te minimaliseren en de continuïteit van de dienstverlening te waarborgen.

• Je houdt toezicht op back-up- en herstelprocessen, endpoint protection, monitoringplatformen en andere beveiligingsoplossingen en neemt waar nodig

corrigerende maatregelen.

• Je beheert onze Microsoft 365-omgeving, inclusief Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint en aanverwante cloudservices. Je zorgt ervoor dat gebruikers veilig en efficiënt kunnen werken binnen een moderne digitale werkplek.

• Je begeleidt de onboarding en offboarding van medewerkers, inclusief gebruikers- en toegangsbeheer, toestelconfiguraties en de inrichting van werkplekken. Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe collega's vanaf hun eerste werkdag over de juiste middelen beschikken.

• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-gerelateerde vragen en incidenten van onze medewerkers. Je registreert, analyseert en volgt tickets op, bewaakt de afgesproken serviceniveaus en zorgt voor een correcte communicatie naar de eindgebruikers.

• Je werkt nauw samen met externe partners en leveranciers voor escalaties, implementaties en technische ondersteuning wanneer specialistische expertise vereist is.

• Je documenteert wijzigingen, procedures en configuraties op een gestructureerde wijze en draagt actief bij aan kennisdeling binnen het team.

• Je denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen en innovaties binnen de IT-omgeving en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere uitbouw van een veilige, stabiele en gebruiksvriendelijke digitale werkplek .

• Je beschikt over een relevant diploma (graduaat Systeem- en Netwerkbeheer of bachelor

Toegepaste Informatica) en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie. Je wilt

je verder ontwikkelen binnen een brede operationele IT-rol.

• Je hebt een solide kennis van Windows-omgevingen, virtualisatie, netwerken (TCP/IP,

DNS, DHCP, VLAN), scripting (PowerShell) en Microsoft 365. Daarnaast ben je vertrouwd

met actuele securitystandaarden en weet je dat een veilige omgeving start met een

sterke technische basis.

• Kennis van Virtual Desktop-oplossingen (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 of

vergelijkbare platformen) is een pluspunt.

• Je communiceert vlot en stemt je boodschap af op je doelgroep. Je legt technische

problemen helder en begrijpelijk uit en deelt je kennis graag met collega's via interne

opleidingen of begeleiding.

• Je bent servicegericht, behoudt het overzicht in drukke situaties en weet prioriteiten te

stellen. Je werkt gestructureerd en hecht belang aan een correcte documentatie van je

werkzaamheden.

• Je staat open voor innovatie en nieuwe technologieën. Je bent leergierig en volgt

ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied op, zoals Microsoft Power Platform, SIP technologie, ERP-oplossingen en andere relevante IT-innovaties.

• Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig waar nodig en zoekt actief naar verbeteringen die

bijdragen aan een efficiënte en betrouwbare IT-omgeving.
