Dit pak jij aan! Als systeembeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tweede- en derdelijns IT-support. Zo bied jij ondersteuning aan jouw collega's van de eerstelijns support. In deze zelfstandige rol analyseer je bedrijfskritische problemen of vragen en zet ze snel om in een praktische oplossing. Bovendien beheer je proactief de ICT-omgevingen van onze klant door adequaat te reageren op eventmeldingen uit monitoringsystemen. Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning bij de analyse van informatie uit incidentenregistratie in het kader van probleemmanagementproces. Zo worden terugkerende verstoringen (met grote impact) structureel opgelost en zelfs voorkomen. - Up-to-date houden van systeemdocumentatie - Communiceren met derde partijen, leveranciers, oplosgroepen en servicemanagers - Proactief en reactief beheer van ICT-omgevingen in zowel grote datacenters als in Azure - Bewaken van voortgang eigen activiteiten - Voldoen aan gestelde doorlooptijden Dit breng jij mee - Hbo werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met tweede- en derdelijns beheer - Je hebt ervaring met procesgericht werken, ITIL is een pre - Kennis van en ervaring met VMware, Microsoft Azure en O365, Citrix, Ivanti - Je kunt je kennis aantonen door middel van behaa...
