Als systeembeheerder ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met IT te maken heeft: van een collega die niet kan inloggen tot een nieuwe winkel die van netwerk tot kassa klaargezet moet worden. Je houdt onze volledig cloudgebaseerde omgeving gezond en veilig. En je bouwt mee aan slimme automatisering en AI, samen met de algemeen directeur en de collega's van de overkoepelende Kringwinkel Groep. Je krijgt de ruimte om te leren en te groeien in een vak dat snel beweegt.

FUNCTIE

Dagelijks beheer en ondersteuning

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-vragen van collega's, vriendelijk en pragmatisch, op afstand en op locatie
  • Beheer van gebruikers, licenties en rechten in Microsoft 365, SharePoint en Entra ID
  • Installeren, beveiligen en beheren van laptops, pc's, tablets en printers in winkels, magazijn en kantoor
  • Opvolgen van netwerken en wifi op al onze locaties, samen met onze leveranciers
  • Bewaken van back-ups, updates, antivirus en toegangsrechten
  • Opzetten van de IT voor nieuwe of vernieuwde winkels

Automatisering

  • Samen met collega's van administratie, HR, winkels en logistiek bekijken waar terugkerend werk geautomatiseerd kan worden
  • Bouwen van automatiseringen met Power Automate, Microsoft 365 en AI-tools, en ze onderhouden
  • Helpen bij koppelingen tussen onze systemen (kassa, planning, boekhouding, webshop)
  • Documenteren wat je bouwt, zodat collega's ermee verder kunnen

AI in de praktijk

  • Collega's opleiden om Claude en ChatGPT slim en veilig te gebruiken in hun dagelijks werk: korte leermomenten en begeleiding op de werkvloer
  • Meewerken aan eigen AI-toepassingen: skills, agents en geplande taken voor administratie en rapportering
  • Mee bijhouden van het AI-register en de afspraken rond gevoelige gegevens
  • Nieuwe toepassingen uitproberen, zoals AI-ondersteuning bij de intake van goederen

Leveranciers en Kringwinkel Groep

  • Dagelijks contact met onze IT-leveranciers en opvolging van tickets en contracten
  • Samenwerken met de IT-collega's van Kringwinkel Groep: gedeelde systemen, gedeelde kennis
  • Thuis in Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Entra ID en Intune, of je leert ze snel; je hebt al toestellen en gebruikers beheerd
  • Handig met netwerken en hardware: je installeert een toestel, lost een netwerkprobleem op en weet wanneer je de leverancier belt
  • Zin in automatisering: Power Automate, scripting of low-code, je hebt er al mee gewerkt of wil het graag leren
  • Nieuwsgierig naar AI: je gebruikt zelf AI-tools zoals Claude of ChatGPT en ziet waar ze collega's kunnen helpen
  • Vriendelijk en geduldig: je legt IT uit aan mensen die er niet van houden, zonder jargon en zonder zuchten
  • Flexibel in taken en denken: je schakelt vlot van een helpdeskvraag naar een automatisering en past je aanpak aan wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt
  • Diploma: bachelor toegepaste informatica, elektronica-ICT of gelijkwaardig. Ander diploma maar je toont aan dat je dit kan? Dan lezen we je sollicitatie even graag.
