Triple-C is voor Sirjon meer dan een visie. Het is een manier van kijken naar mensen en een manier van werken waarin we samen optrekken rondom de cliënt. Om deze ontwikkeling verder vorm te geven, zoeken wij een Systeemcoach Triple-C. Een coach en verbinder die medewerkers, teams en leidinggevenden ondersteunt bij het vertalen van het Triple-C-gedachtegoed naar de dagelijkse praktijk. Je werkt daarmee zowel in de gehandicaptenzorg als in de ouderenzorg. Wat deze functie bijzonder maakt - Je komt terecht in een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is en waarin Triple-C een belangrijke richtinggevende visie vormt voor de begeleiding en zorgverlening. - Je krijgt een zelfstandige functie met veel ruimte voor initiatief, ontwikkeling en invloed op de manier waarop we cliënten ondersteunen in een gewoon en betekenisvol leven. - Je hoeft deze rol niet alleen vorm te geven. Je werkt nauw samen met een orthopedagoog, de interne trainers Triple-C en de projectleider Triple-C. Ook krijg je de gelegenheid om waar nodig training te volgen bij de werkplaats Triple-C van ASVZ. Hierdoor krijg je de ruimte om de functie zorgvuldig eigen te maken en verder te groeien. Als Systeemcoach Triple-C help je collega's de stap te maken van weten naar doen. Dit doe je onder andere door: Coaching en deskundigheidsbevordering - Medewerkers, teams, leidinggevenden, behandelaren en interne Triple-C-trainers begeleiden bij het werken vanuit het Triple-C-gedachtegoed. - Verzorgen van coaching on the job, trainingen, intervisies en casusbesprekingen. - Nieuwe Triple-C-trainers opleid...
