Rondom Thuis is een gezamenlijk initiatief van Enver, Pameijer en Youz. Professionals uit de jeugdzorg, GGZ en gehandicaptenzorg werken hierin samen aan een hoog specialistisch, integraal en ambulant gezinsaanbod. Onze werkwijze is gebaseerd op Circulaire Zorg: we werken systemisch, holistisch en zo minimalistisch mogelijk. Het gezin en het netwerk staan centraal. We kijken niet alleen naar de hulpvraag, maar vooral naar wat nodig is om duurzame verandering mogelijk te maken. Rondom Thuis is volop in ontwikkeling. We bouwen samen verder aan een ambulant alternatief voor klinische en residentiële plaatsingen en werken onder andere met elementen uit InVerbinding, Beter Thuis en Mozaïk. Jouw rol als systeemtherapeut Als systeemtherapeut ben je een belangrijke inhoudelijke kartrekker binnen het team. Je zet jouw systeemtherapeutische expertise in bij complexe gezinnen en helpt collega's om systemisch te blijven kijken en werken. Je: - voert ambulante en outreachende systeemtherapeutische gesprekken; - werkt samen met jeugdigen, ouders en hun formele en informele netwerk; - brengt patronen, relaties en onderliggende dynamieken in beeld; - denkt mee over passende interventies en behandeltrajecten; - reflecteert met collega's op complexe casuïstiek; - draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de methodiek en werkwijze van Rondom Thuis. Je combineert dus directe behandeling met inhoudelijke ontwikkeling. Juist die combinatie maakt deze functie bijzonder. Jouw team Je werkt in een interdisciplinair team met professionals vanuit Enver, Pameijer en Youz.
