This role ensures the smooth functioning of automated processes, provides technical support, and coordinates with development teams to maintain optimal system performance. ABOUT THE JOB - Ensure stable RPA operations through daily robot monitoring, issue resolution, robot start/stop activities, backup support, and ongoing maintenance of automated production environments. RPA has been categorized as a Pio 2 system, for which an 8-hour restoration time has been agreed. RPA is essential for the finance department and other areas to function. - Ensure compliance with security and data protection requirements, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to avoid penalties imposed by the government. - Responsibilities include managing RPA infrastructure and production resources, including licenses, virtual machine capacity, management server updates and ser...
