Wat houdt deze vacature in?

Zet mee je schouders onder de verdere digitalisering van KBC door conceptuele ideeën om te zetten naar concrete oplossingen. Als Senior System Architect in ons team doe je dat voor eindgebruikers van het KBC hoofdkantoor, het kantorennet en onze digitale kanalen Mobile en Touch.

Het team dat je versterkt, is delivery partner voor het domein retail kredieten en deposito’s binnen Banking Products. We zijn georganiseerd volgens het Scaled Agile Framework.

  • Binnen de delivery trein/subteam Retail Credits & Deposits zijn we verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van verschillende oplossingen voor consumenten in het domein van particuliere kredieten (woningkredieten en consumentenkredieten) en deposito’s (spaarrekeningen, termijnbeleggingen en CERA-vennotenrekeningen).

We werken het hele jaar door aan nieuwe features, optimaliseren onze architectuur en zorgen ervoor dat onze financieringsoplossingen voor particulieren en ondernemers futureproof blijven.

Verwacht je aan een boeiende context, aangezien je …

  • terechtkomt in een divers landschap van systemen en technologieën, met hoofdzakelijk eigen in-house ontwikkeling;
  • in contact komt met een breed scala aan frameworks, processen en producten voor verschillende klantsegmenten;
  • via SAFe agile werkmethodologiën nauw samenwerkt met ontwikkelaars, analisten, testers, epic owners, applicatiebeheerders, scrum masters en product owners;
  • teams samenbrengt en de architectuur van onze oplossingen definieert.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je definieert een fit-for-purpose technische en architecturale visie voor Credits & Deposits en communiceert die. Daarbij beschrijf je de oplossingsarchitectuur met de belangrijkste componenten en hun interfaces.
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s uit verschillende teams om verschillende technische oplossingsalternatieven ten opzichte van elkaar af te wegen en oplossingen uit te werken.
  • Bij voorstudies neem je het voortouw of coach je senior analisten en werk je nauw met hen samen.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega’s voor overkoepelende items uit de IT-strategie vanuit regulatoire en security hoek. Je zorgt er mee voor dat die een plaats krijgen in de planning.
  • Je bewaakt het overkoepelend geheel van het IT-landschap voor je domein en duikt diep in de materie om nog meer inzicht en kennis te verwerven waar nodig.

Jouw troeven?

  • Je hebt een bachelor -of masterdiploma en meerdere jaren ervaring als system architect of analist in een IT-domein, waarbij je nieuwe features uittekende voor frontend, midtier en backend.
  • Analyseren en synthetiseren behoren tot je sterktes. Die skills helpen je om gepaste oplossingen uit te werken.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waarin je agile werkt, voortdurend bijleert en samen met anderen voluit gaat voor continuous improvement.
  • Je communiceert helder en overtuigend in het Nederlands en Engels. Je slaagt erin complexe materie op een eenvoudige manier uit te leggen, ook aan collega’s zonder technische achtergrond.
  • Ownership en initiatief nemen gaat spontaan bij jou. Je bent enthousiast, ondernemend en resultaatgericht.
  • Kennis van kredieten en deposito’s is een meerwaarde, maar geen must.
