Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 System Design Engineer (m/w/x) #yourmission

* Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen und Daten und entwickelst ein ganzheitliches Verständnis für logistische Prozesse.

* Du erstellst technische Konzepte und entwickelst passgenaue Lösungsansätze für komplexe Anforderungen in der Getränkelogistik.

* Von der Analyse über das Konzept bis hin zur Angebotslegung bist du durchgängig verantwortlich.

* Du klärst technische Details intern sowie mit Sublieferanten und stellst eine stimmige Gesamtlösung sicher.

* Du unterstützt aktiv im Vertrieb und wirkst bei Kundenpräsentationen mit.

* Du bringst dich gemeinsam mit unserem Produktmanagement in die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Lösungen ein.

* Du übernimmst schrittweise Verantwortung als Design Lead.

* Du begleitest Projekte durchgängig bis zu ihrer Abnahme.

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder TU) in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.

* Du bringst bereits erste relevante Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise im intralogistischen Umfeld.

* Du hast eine Affinität für unsere Branche und Interesse an ganzheitlichen Automatisierungslösungen.

* Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert.

* Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen in klare, realisierbare Konzepte zu überführen.

* Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und möchtest dich in Richtung Design Lead weiterentwickeln.

* Du zeichnest dich durch Kommunikationsstärke aus und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen zusammen.

* Du bist ein Teamplayer und begegnest Kolleg:innen auf Augenhöhe.

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau) sowie eine Dienstreisebereitschaft von ca. 20 % setzen wir voraus.

Dieser Job bietet die Möglichkeit, sich proaktiv in einem hoch motivierten Team einbringen und gestalten zu können und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.Bei uns hängt Dein Gehalt von Deiner beruflichen Vorerfahrung, Deinem Können und Deinem Engagement ab. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt bei brutto EUR 3.500,- pro Monat (38,5 Wochenstunden / KV für Metallgewerbe).
