Locatie Ridderkerk Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Ridderkerk. Dit bedrijf is een productiebedrijf met een R&D-team dat zich richt op de ontwikkeling van kokend- en koudwaterkranen en aanverwante regeltechnologieën. Het team in Ridderkerk werkt aan productinnovaties en wijzigingen en bestaat uit 45 professionals. Het R&D-team bestaat uit Engineers, Projectleiders, Test Engineers en Electronic Product Development Engineers en wordt aangestuurd door een R&D Director. Elektronica en regelsystemen spelen een toenemende rol binnen de ontwikkelactiviteiten en er wordt veel gewerkt met systeemmodellering, simulatie en controllerontwerp. Het team werkt projectmatig en stemt activiteiten af met firmwareprogrammeurs en productieteams om realiseerbare en produceerbare oplossingen te leveren. Er is aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling met opleidingen en coaching op maat en er zijn concrete secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals hybride werken, een sportvergoeding en gezonde werkplekfaciliteiten.
