The posting

Ad-hoc interventies

  • Uitvoeren van snelle en doelgerichte interventies bij klanten (bv vervangen en configureren van switches en firewalls)
  • Oplossen van dringende storingen en technische incidenten
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte terugkoppeling en documentatie na afloop

Projectmatige opdrachten

  • Een of meerdere dagen bij eenzelfde klant voor grotere opdrachten
  • Installeren en vervangen van meerdere werkplekken (bijvoorbeeld 10+ pc’s)
  • Vernieuwen en configureren van volledige installaties van switches en netwerkapparatuur
  • Ondersteunen bij de inrichting en vernieuwing van server rooms
  • Nauw samenwerken met een van onze interne gespecialiseerde Competence Centers bij grotere projecten (Cloud, Modern Workplace, Networking)

Adviserende rol

  • In gesprek gaan met klanten om hun IT-behoeften in kaart te brengen
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en aanbevelen van oplossingen vanuit een helikopterview
  • Klanten helpen hun IT-infrastructuur strategisch af te stemmen op hun bedrijfsdoelstellingen

Technische kennis

  • Brede kennis van IT-infrastructuur en netwerktechnologieën
  • Ervaring met switching, firewalls en migraties
  • Grondige kennis van Microsoft-technologieën en Azure
  • Ervaring met hardware van HP en Dell
  • Een relevante firewall-certificatie (of bereidheid dit te behalen)

Ervaring

  • Meerdere jaren werkervaring binnen een Service Provider-omgeving
  • Ervaring met zowel ad-hoc interventies als projectmatige opdrachten
  • Hoge affiniteit binnen een Modern Workplace, Hyrbid Cloud of Security team is een pluspunt!

Persoonlijke vaardigheden

  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen
  • Maturiteit en professionele uitstraling bij klantbezoeken
  • Basiskennis van projectmanagement om interventies gestructureerd aan te pakken
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden: je kan complexe IT-vraagstukken helder uitleggen
  • Flexibele mindset en probleemoplossend vermogen
