Ben jij een ervaren System Engineer die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en klanten begeleidt bij uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten? Wil je jouw technische expertise verder uitdiepen én tegelijk een adviserende rol opnemen? Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert, onderhoudt en optimaliseert de IT-infrastructuur van verschillende klanten.
  • Je installeert, configureert en migreert servers, netwerken en moderne IT-oplossingen.
  • Je analyseert technische incidenten en zorgt voor een duurzame oplossing.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit, waaronder software-updates, securitypatches en infrastructuurverbeteringen.
  • Je implementeert monitoringoplossingen zodat problemen proactief kunnen worden opgespoord.
  • Je adviseert klanten over performantie, beveiliging en toekomstige uitbreidingen van hun IT-omgeving.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig aan infrastructuurprojecten en bewaakt planning, communicatie en opvolging.
  • Je documenteert je werkzaamheden zodat kennis binnen het team optimaal gedeeld wordt.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's vanuit jouw technische specialisatie en deelt actief je kennis via documentatie en interne opleidingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het salesteam en adviseert klanten tijdens technische presalestrajecten.

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring als System Engineer of Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Je beschikt over een brede kennis van Windows Server, Active Directory, netwerken, firewalls en serverbeheer.
  • Ervaring met monitoring, virtualisatie en moderne infrastructuuromgevingen is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je analyseert problemen snel en werkt zelfstandig aan duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je werkt graag projectmatig en weet prioriteiten correct in te schatten.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel klanten als collega's en vertaalt technische informatie naar begrijpelijke oplossingen.
  • Je blijft jezelf graag ontwikkelen en volgt nieuwe technologieën actief op.
  • Je deelt graag jouw kennis met collega's en draagt bij aan een sterke teamwerking.
