Eén van de pijlers is digitalisatie en daarvoor zoeken ze een allround system engineer ter versterking van hun IT-team.

Samen met de je collega’s van het IT team sta je in voor het operationele infra-luik. Samen zorgen jullie voor een IT omgeving die performant blijft én klaar is voor de toekomst.

Je bent dus verzekerd van een gevarieerd takenpakket:

- Servers, netwerkinfrastructuur, hardware en andere IT apparatuur: uitrol en installatie, onderhoud, troubleshooting, …

- Algemene ondersteuning: diagnose van problemen, support eindgebruikers, on boarding nieuwe gebruikers, …

- Beheer van M365 en O365 – beheer en verdere uitrol van Azure en Intune, Sharepoint, … .

- Monitoring ifv beveiliging van data en netwerken : IAm, update van firewalls, back-up met Veeam, …. )

- Je bent betrokken bij (business)projecten en werkt aan IT projecten: digitalisering, NIST2- norm, digitale telefonie, EDI, powerapps, discovery recovery procedures,…

- Up-to-date houden van documentatie

Samen met de IT Manager coördineer je ook de contacten met externe partijen, zorgt dat de opdrachten duidelijk zijn, gaat in overleg en volgt op

Je hebt een (bachelor)diploma in een relevante richting of je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in dergelijke functie

Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving en in het ondersteunen van eindgebruikers

Je communiceert helder en vanuit het motto: ‘zeg wat je doet en doe wat je zegt’.

Je werkt graag autonoom, kan goed prioriteiten leggen en je bent waar nodig flexibel

Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en kan je uitdrukken in het Frans wanneer dit nodig is

Technische kennis:

Je hebt een brede kennis: Windowsclient, VM ware, printers, Azure, GPO’s, Intune, netwerkprotocollen en -security, wifi, Office 365, Sharepoint, datacenters, …

Je volgt uit interesse de nieuwe trends en waar mogelijk neem je deze mee in het werk. Je wil steeds streven naar efficiënte oplossingen.
