Jouw rol als System Engineer Als System Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de IT-omgevingen van onze Managed Services klanten. Je werkt zowel remote als op locatie en zorgt ervoor dat systemen stabiel, veilig en optimaal blijven functioneren. Door jouw technische kennis weet je complexe vraagstukken snel te analyseren en praktische oplossingen te realiseren. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteunt bij incidenten, service requests en changes op infrastructuurniveau. Daarbij werk je dagelijks met moderne technologieën zoals Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune en Windows Server. Je bewaakt de voortgang van openstaande werkzaamheden, houdt documentatie actueel en zorgt ervoor dat klanten altijd weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Als professional in jouw vakgebied kijk je verder dan alleen het oplossen van incidenten. Je signaleert verbeterkansen binnen klantomgevingen, denkt actief mee over optimalisaties en draagt bij aan een stabiele en toekomstbestendige IT-infrastructuur. Collega's weten je daarnaast goed te vinden bij technische vraagstukken, waardoor je een waardevolle sparringpartner bent binnen het team. Wat vragen wij van jou?
