Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als System Engineer zorg jij ervoor dat onze technische infrastructuur en koppelingen stabiel, veilig en schaalbaar blijven draaien. Je ontwikkelt nieuwe koppelingen en ontsluit systemen voor klanten, en je bouwt en beheert onze Infrastructure as Code. Wanneer er problemen ontstaan, zoals koppelingen die niet werken, toegangsproblemen of ontbrekende functionaliteiten, pak jij deze ad hoc op en voer je het incident- en changemanagement uit. Jij zet de ruwe data in de database klaar zodat de Data Engineer hiermee verder kan werken, en je stemt dit af met de Data Engineers en de BI-consultants. Je zorgt dat de VM's elke nacht blijven draaien en werkt dagelijks in Azure, waar je resources aanmaakt die vervolgens door het team worden gebruikt. Je kent de BinceBase codebase, gebruikt deze en ontwikkelt deze verder door: je breidt het platform uit met nieuwe functionaliteiten en koppelingen, optimaliseert bestaande omgevingen en tools, en ontdekt en implementeert nieuwe systemen. Je bent alert op mogelijkheden om efficiënter te werken: je automatiseert repeterende taken van collega's, houdt de kostenefficiëntie in Azure scherp in de gaten en verbetert de stabiliteit van onze omgevingen. Je kent de beschikbare technische toolbox en het informatiemodel (de architectuur) en past dit toe. Daarnaast consulteer en voed je de CTO, en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor collega's en externe partijen (zoals klanten en leveranciers) op jouw vakgebied.
