Als System Engineer DevOps verbeter je enerzijds de samenwerking tussen onze infrastructuur- en ontwikkelingsteams en ondersteun je anderzijds onze gebruikers in hun gebruik van een moderne en veilige Windows-infrastructuur.

Concrete taken:

• Beheer en optimalisatie van Hyper-V-omgevingen in productie, van Windows-servers volgens best practices en van kritieke netwerkdiensten: DNS, DHCP, NPS • Beheer en beveiliging van Fortigate-firewalls en implementatie van solide beveiligingspolicy's (toegang, segmentatie, hardening) • Toezicht houden op de infrastructuren en incidenten opsporen voordat ze kritiek worden • Fungeren als technisch contactpunt tussen het infrastructuurteam en de ontwikkelaars • Ontwikkelaars ondersteunen in de Hyper-V- en OpenShift-omgeving • Deelnemen aan de verbetering van de implementatie- en ondersteuningsprocessen • Betrouwbare en responsieve level 3-ondersteuning bieden aan gebruikers • Beheer van Windows-updates, netwerkconfiguraties en gebruikersbeveiligingsproblemen • Duidelijk documenteren van oplossingen en opleiden van gebruikers • Bijdragen aan het beveiligingsbeleid en de NIS2-compliance • Ontwerpen en onderhouden van robuuste en geteste back-upstrategieën (Veeam) • Je beslissingen duidelijk documenteren en kritieke procedures bijhouden • Duidelijk communiceren over risico's en technische oplossingen Je hebt een master- of bachelordiploma in IT of gelijkwaardige ervaring en beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring in het beheer van Windows-servers in kritieke omgevingen, evenals in gebruikersondersteuning en incidentbeheer.

Je beschikt over bewezen operationele expertise in Windows IT-infrastructuur en hebt een goede kennis van Hyper-V en virtualisatieomgevingen, evenals een gedegen kennis van netwerken en beveiliging.

Je bent vertrouwd met scripting (PowerShell, Bash) en hebt een goed begrip van cloud- en containeromgevingen (OpenShift).

Kennis van NIS2 en/of ISO 27001 en van back-up en herstel (Veeam of gelijkwaardig) is een pluspunt. Kennis van Java is een pluspunt.

Je bent nauwgezet en zorgvuldig in het gebruik van kritieke systemen en reageert snel en pragmatisch op incidenten.

Je kunt zelfstandig werken en hebt een goed verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Dankzij je uitstekende communicatie- en didactische vaardigheden kan je vlot schakelen met verschillende types stakeholders (gebruikers, development en infrastructuur).

Je combineert een teamspirit met het streven naar technische uitmuntendheid.

Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
