TakenJe stelt KPI’s op en bewaakt deze om de realisatie van gestelde onderhoudsdoelstellingen te meten; Je faciliteert bij het analyseren van repeterende technische storingen en breakdowns, met als doel de grondoorzaken te achterhalen: techniek, gedrag, organisatie (RCA afdeling/ discipline overstijgend); Je rapporteert en analyseert Cost Drivers (keten kosten)/ Prestatieverliezen op lijn of machine niveau, gericht op het elimineren van oorzaken van onderhoudsgevoeligheid en afwijkingen; Je initieert, faciliteert en adviseert verbeterteams om de installatieprestaties en installatiebetrouwbaarheid te verhogen; Je zorgt als System Engineer Machinebouw voor een structurele verbetering door het opstellen van een jaarplan van verbeterprojecten, het afstemmen van de opdrachtformulering, het uitvoeren van onderzoeksvragen en het opstellen van een plan van aanpak; Je stelt in samenspraak met de Technisch Manager KPI’s op en bewaakt deze om realisatie van gestelde onderhoudsdoelstellingen te meten; Je adviseert als System Engineer Machinebouw over onderhoudscontracten zoals lease, SLA en 2.
