Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden

Als System Engineer fungeer je als de cruciale en onmisbare schakel tussen de Service Desk en de IT/Business afdelingen. Je combineert technische expertise met een sterk inlevingsvermogen in bedrijfsprocessen:

  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt en vormt de tussenpersoon tussen de Service Desk en de IT/Business, waarbij je zorgt voor een vlotte doorstroming van technische vraagstukken.
  • Je biedt vanop afstand hoogwaardige support aan klanten voor complexe hard- en software incidenten.
  • Je staat in voor de configuratie, installatie en optimalisatie van diverse IT-omgevingen en applicaties vanuit het kantoor.
  • Je denkt proactief mee met de klanten: je adviseert hen over hun infrastructuur en stemt hun IT-noden perfect af op hun huidige én toekomstige bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Je deelt je kennis met collega's, fungeert als technische sparringpartner en helpt de service desk naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Jouw Profiel

  • Je hebt een sterke passie voor IT, verlegt graag je grenzen en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je beschikt over een stevige (basis)kennis van de courante Microsoft-omgevingen: Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V en SQL.
  • Een eerste ervaring met netwerkconcepten (TCP/IP routering, VLAN’s), VoIP of Apple OSx is een mooie plus.
  • Je hebt een echte "can-do" mentaliteit: je neemt eigenaarschap, werkt accuraat en bent een échte teamplayer.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en je kan je vlot en professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans.
